Lark Knowles

Lark grew up in New Jersey in a family of fine-dining restaurateurs, where hospitality and showmanship were part of everyday life. Drawn to the bright lights of Broadway, she always felt the pull of show business. She trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, but years working in her family’s restaurants left her torn between two passions—after all, hospitality is a form of performance.

She went on to study Hospitality Business Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, yet it wasn’t long before she found her way back to the stage. Lark trained at the dueling piano bars at Harrah’s and New York-New York, blending her love of entertainment with her expertise in guest experience.

With professional roots in both high-end hospitality and live performance, Lark brings a presence that is uniquely sophisticated, intuitive, and unmistakably her own.
